To ensure your account’s security, please use your actual mobile number (not a virtual number) for Profile Verification. Follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Open Account Security
- Tap the profile icon at the top right corner of your Inbox screen.
- You’ll be directed to the Account Security screen, where you can begin your verification.
Step 2: Verify Your Phone Number
- If your mobile number isn’t verified yet, complete this step first.
- Once verified, your Phone Number status will show as Completed.
Step 3: Verify Your Identity
- Return to the Account Security screen and select ID Verification.
- Upload clear photos of a valid government-issued ID (driver’s license, passport, or ID card).
- Take a well-lit selfie to confirm your identity.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the verification successfully.
