While completing Profile Verification in TXT App Now, you may notice the following status updates:
- Pending: Your verification hasn’t started yet. You may need to provide additional documents or information.
- Started: The verification process has begun. The system is reviewing your submitted documents and beginning identity checks.
- Processing: Your information is actively being analyzed and validated by the system.
- Approved: Your profile verification has been successfully completed, and your account is fully verified.
- Failed: Verification was not successful. This could happen due to unclear documents, incorrect details, or technical issues. If you see a Failed status, the process will reset to Pending, allowing you to correct and resubmit your information.
