What should I do if my Profile Verification is not approved in TXT App Now?

If your profile verification shows a “Failed” status, it means the documents or details you submitted could not be verified. 


Here’s what you can do: 

  • Check the Reason: Look at the failure note to see if it was caused by unclear photos, mismatched details, or a technical issue. 
  • Fix the Issue: Upload clearer documents, make sure all details are correct, and follow the app’s instructions carefully. 
  • Try Again: Resubmit your verification request through the app.
