TXT App Now offers two convenient ways to delete contacts or numbers from your call history:
Method 1: Using the Delete Icon
- Open the TXT App Now app and navigate to the "Inbox" screen. This screen displays your call and message history.
- Locate the "Delete" icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Tap the "Delete" icon. This will activate a selection mode.
- Choose the contact or number you want to remove. Tap on the contact name or number to select it for deletion.
- Once selected, tap the "Delete" icon again (usually remains in the upper right corner) to confirm deletion.
Method 2: Swipe to Delete
- Open the TXT App Now app and go to the "Inbox" screen.
- Locate the specific call history entry for the contact or number you want to delete.
- Slide your finger from right to left across the call history entry. This will reveal a "Delete" option.
- Tap the "Delete" option that appears to confirm deletion.
Important Notes:
- These methods delete the call history entry, not the actual contact itself from your device's contact list.
- If you want to completely remove a contact from your device's address book, you'll need to use your device's default Contacts app.
By following these steps, you can easily manage your call history in TXT App Now and keep it organized.
